Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
- Utilize CRM software and internal databases to log interactions and update customer account information.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines during every shift.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the support team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
