Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, account changes, and returns accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company database.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to address complex customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
