Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Process transactions and updates with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Document interactions in Salesforce and maintain call quality
- Participate in ongoing training for product updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and CRM proficiency
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- UST authorization and reliable transportation
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
