Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with billing team to resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain detailed customer records in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly performance coaching sessions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C environment
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
