Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in call center or support role
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills

- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
