Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and updates using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in compliance with company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Participate in daily team huddles to share best practices
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics for quality and speed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland hiring event location
