Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails from customers with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using our CRM systems.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure consistent service quality.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and represent the brand positively at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for all roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including navigating multiple software windows simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure constructively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
