Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and account adjustments accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive customer support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
