Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using CRM software.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our database systems.

Qualifications
