Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal POS systems.
- Document detailed customer interactions and feedback within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, billing) to resolve escalations.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; native English proficiency required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
