Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and efficiency while adhering to company scripts and protocols.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM systems.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
