Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on active listening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting within the Denver metropolitan area.
