Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to upper management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, call center environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable internet connection (if applying for remote/Florida positions).
