Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating web-based platforms.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
