Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor.

- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
