- Update customer account information and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
