- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed product and service information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate issues and close the loop.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and call scripts.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software (training provided).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
