Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Process customer orders, returns, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
- Enter and update customer data into our CRM database with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing difficult situations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
