Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical support, and service features
- Utilize CRM software to document interactions and update customer profiles
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and training workshops
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer retention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS and CRM platforms (Salesforce knowledge a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
