Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues efficiently with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and AHT
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
