Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow escalation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience under pressure
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
