Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
