What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and live chats with patience and professionalism.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose customer issues and provide effective, timely solutions or escalate to management when necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to dealing with difficult situations.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
