- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference product catalogs
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex issues
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through quality metrics
- Participate in monthly training to refine product knowledge
- Support team goals by achieving 25+ resolved cases daily
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience or fresh graduates welcome
- Type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for weekend/evening shifts (1-2 days/week)
- Valid US work authorization and clean background check
