Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a remote or virtual environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
