- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately within our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell products or services based on customer needs.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate multiple screens simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
