Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends or holidays as required.
