Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in CRM systems.
- Educate customers on products and services to ensure product satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, typing, and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
