Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, aiming for a first-call resolution.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts to ensure consistency.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote/hybrid).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
