Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex inquiries, billing issues, and technical support requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data privacy
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) through continuous improvement
- Collaborate with virtual teams to enhance service quality and process efficiency
- Participate in ongoing product training and certification programs
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
