Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a steady stream of phone calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot problems to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- CRM Management: Log all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our internal database.
- Process Transactions: Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Feedback Loop: Identify common customer concerns and relay them to management for product or process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
