- Listen actively to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the internal database to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the technical support and sales teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide consistent and high-quality assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service experience in a fast-paced call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM systems, and navigating multiple windows simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup if working remotely (Hybrid option available).
