Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant company products and services.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all call center scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or support roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
