Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with patience and professionalism.

- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates within the CRM system.
- Provide product information and technical assistance to guide customers through solutions.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
