Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical issues.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system in real-time.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on client needs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or specialized departments promptly.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance standards and call scripts.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service or call center experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional tone.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote/hybrid).
