Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Adhere to all call scripts, compliance regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace to ensure productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or technical support role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
