Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools
- Update customer records and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training on products and compliance
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a home office
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Must reside in Florida or Pennsylvania
- Quiet workspace with reliable internet
