Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism, aiming for a first-call resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product knowledge.
- Assist in training new hires and share best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays as required.
