Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high retention rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
