Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding products, services, and billing.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex escalations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and handle multiple screens simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
