Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database to maintain up-to-date records.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance standards to maintain high service ratings and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
