Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical inquiries using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with technical support team for complex issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
