Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the Hiring Event.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to use computer systems and navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation to attend the on-site event.
