Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have a reliable home office setup for hybrid/on-site roles.
