Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the company CRM system.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the database.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
