Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to address complex customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer feedback and needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; previous customer service experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer situations.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
