Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex customer escalations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies at all times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
