- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the company CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Handle basic account troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior support.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we train enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to type 30+ WPM and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
