Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with speed and empathy
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues using problem-solving frameworks
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining compliance
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex escalations and process improvements
- Exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-contact resolution
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service techniques
- Contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations
