Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing issues, product inquiries, and service complaints efficiently
- Document interactions and update CRM systems with accurate information
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 95%
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a BPO or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
